Product Accuracy and Quality Checks

We ensure our product listings are detailed and accurate, and every order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange and Return Guidelines

  • Applicable for Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges and returns are available only for orders placed within India.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original state—unused, unwashed, and unworn—along with all original packaging and tags intact. 

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Initiate return requests within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Process:
    1. Submit the 'Return/Exchange Request' form available on our website with the required details or email us on returns.tanoti@gmail.com
    2. Once the product is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
    3. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
    4. For COD orders, you will need to provide bank account details to process the refund.
    5. Processing Fee: A fee of ₹300 per product will be applicable. 

Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns.tanoti@gmail.com or call +91-8779668755. Alternatively, you can submit the exchange request through our website 'Return/Exchange Request' form.
  2. Direct Shipping Option: If you wish to send the product back on your own, we will provide you with the shipping address. Share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch (POD) with us. Note that we are not liable for any losses during transit.
  3. Reverse Pickup: We can arrange for a reverse pickup on your behalf.
  4. Inspection and Exchange Dispatch: Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch the replacement size within 7-10 working days. If the required size is unavailable, a credit note for the item's value will be issued, valid for 90 days. Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, you can request a credit note or replacement with a product of equal value.
  • How to Cancel: Email us at returns.tanoti@gmail.com or call +91-8779668755 to initiate the cancellation.

Tanoti-Initiated Cancellations

  • Reasons for Cancellation: Orders may be canceled due to material unavailability, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Refunds: In case we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges

  • A 2-3% fee will apply to prepaid order cancellations to cover payment gateway charges.

Credit Note Validity

  • Any credit note issued due to cancellations or exchanges will be valid for 90 days.

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: Returns and refunds are not offered once products are sold and delivered, except in cases that meet the above return criteria.
  • Sale Items: Products sold during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable.
