Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Initiate return requests within 5 days of receiving the product.

 

  • Submit a Request: Kindly fill the "Returns/Exchange Form" within 5 days of delivery. 5 days is the eligibility period for returns.


  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method. We will initiate refund process within 48 hours after the product is pickedup. It may take upto 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • COD Orders: Returns for Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as Gift Card only.

  • Gift Card Payment Guidelines (COD orders): When a gift card is applied on COD orders, the remaining balance amount must be completed via UPI or card. COD payment method is not available for balance payments.

  • Shipping Fees & COD Charges: Please note that shipping charges of Rs. 150/- will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Missing Product or Order Issues: Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange Process

      1. Submit a Request: Kindly fill the "Returns/Exchange Form" within 5 days of delivery. 5 days is the eligibility period for exchanges.


      1. 1-Time Free Exchange: We offer a one-time free size/product exchange per order. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.

      2. 2nd Exchange (Same Order): If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, an additional ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.

      3. Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

      4. Product Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit

         

      5. Inspection and Exchange Dispatch: Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch the replacement size within 7-10 working days. If the required size is unavailable, a credit note for the item's value will be issued, valid for 90 days. Each order is eligible for only one exchange.


    Cancellation Policy

    Tanoti-Initiated Cancellations

    • Reasons for Cancellation: Orders may be canceled due to material unavailability, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activity.
    • Refunds: In case we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and customers will be notified via email.

    Reverse Pickups

    • Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.

    • Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product via India Post. We will reimburse ₹70 towards shipping cost incase of self ship once the product passes quality check.

    • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
